TME Records Booking Policy 

 

Professional Mixing & Mastering Services 

Effective: June 2025 

​

1. Booking & Payment 

- All bookings must be made in advance. 
- Full payment is required to secure your session. 
- Accepted payments: Credit/Debit, PayPal, CashApp, Zelle. 
- Each booking is per track unless otherwise specified.

2. Turnaround Times 

- Mixing: 2-4 business days per track 
- Mastering: 1-2 business days per track 
- Rush Option: $150 per track for 24-hour turnaround. Subject to availability. 

​

3. File Requirements 

- Submit WAV format stems (24-bit preferred) 
- Clearly label each track (e.g., Kick, LeadVox, Snare) 
- Include tempo (BPM) and song key 
- Upload via File Upload Form, Google Drive, or Dropbox

4. Revisions 

- 2 free revisions per mix/master 
- Additional revisions: $15 each 
- Request revisions within 7 days of delivery

5. Cancellations & Refunds 

- Cancel 48+ hours before session: Full refund or credit 
- Cancel within 48 hours: 50% refund or full credit 
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows: No refund

6. Creative Direction 

- Provide reference tracks and notes with your vision 
- Final results depend on the source material quality

7. Rights & Credits 

- We may showcase completed work for promotion unless requested otherwise 
- Credit as: Mixed/Mastered by Urgent @ TME Records
