By purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

 

1. General Sales Policy

 

All sales of albums, beats, merchandise, and engineering services are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by the Company.

 

2. Payment Terms

• All payments are due on the day of purchase, unless using a Company-approved payment plan or system.
• Failure to submit payment as required will result in cancellation of your order or service access.
• We accept payments through our secure system. Any other method must be pre-approved.

 

3. Beats: Licensing and Composer Royalties

• All beat purchases are subject to licensing agreements that define usage rights, whether leased or purchased exclusively.
• All fully purchased and leased beats are subject to Urgent's full composer royalty percentage, regardless of end use. This applies to all publishing, distribution, synchronization, and streaming monetization platforms unless otherwise negotiated and documented in writing.
• By acquiring any beat, you acknowledge and agree to honor all publishing splits and royalty obligations associated with the composer "Urgent"

4. Intellectual Property Rights

• All music, beats, artwork, and engineering work remain the intellectual property of Time Moves Emotionless Records LLC or its affiliated creators unless a written transfer of ownership is executed.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased content for its intended purpose, per your licensing agreement.

 

5. Merchandise

• All merchandise is described as accurately as possible. However, we are not liable for minor differences in color, design, or fit.
• Shipping times and availability may vary. Customers will be notified if delays occur.

 

6. Engineering Services

• Services must be booked in advance and paid in full unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Files submitted for mixing/mastering must meet our technical requirements.
• Turnaround times are estimated and may vary depending on workload.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

Time Moves Emotionless Records LLC is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any product or service.

 

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting.
