2. Grant of Exclusive Rights

Licensor grants Licensee exclusive rights to the beat titled '[Beat Name]'. Licensee has full rights to use, modify, distribute, and monetize the beat in perpetuity.

3. Rights Transferred

​

- Unlimited streams/sales
- Unlimited music videos
- Unlimited performances and broadcasts
- Full commercial rights
- Sync rights for film, TV, and advertisements

4. Payment

​

Licensee agrees to pay a one-time exclusive rights fee of $600. Delivery of untagged WAV, MP3, and stems will follow full payment.

​

5. Ownership & Copyright

​

Licensor retains authorship credit but relinquishes commercial rights to the beat. Licensee owns the exclusive usage rights moving forward.

6. Credit

​

Credit must be provided as: "Produced by Urgent / TME Records" where applicable.

​

7. Restrictions

​

Licensee may not resell or relicense the beat to other parties without Licensor's consent.

​

8. Governing Law

​

This Agreement is governed by the laws of State of Michigan.
